FLAME TYPE METAL SPRAY SYSTEM

1. FLAME SPRAY GUN MODEL IMC-88

A. It sprays pure or alloyed metals such as Zinc, Aluminium, Steel, Brass etc. in wire form by using Oxygen-Acetylene/LPG gases flame and atomized by a Blast of Compressed Air.

B. It sprays fast and uses up to 1/8” (3.17mm) wire, irrespective of type of wire, the wire pulling power and high speed is assured.

C. The gas head valve is designed for long service life and low maintenance.

D. Wire feed can be stopped while the gun remain alight. A simple quick action lever operates the wire grip mechanism to start and stop the wire feed instantaneously.

E. An improved nozzle provides a uniform distribution of heat around the
metallizing wire for maximum thermal efficiency and high spraying speed.

2. GAS CONTROL UNIT

To set the pressure of Oxygen & Acetylene/LPG

3. GAS FLOW-METER
To measure flow of Gases.

4. AIR CONTROL UNIT
To filter air and control air pressure.

5. HOSE KIT
To carry compressed air, Oxygen & Acetylene/LPG

6. TROLLEY
To place the tools, wire spools etc.
